We are what we eat, and so are our dogs!

Find out if your dog's diet may be causing less than perfect manners.  Discuss essential nutrients for emotional, mental and behavioral wellness.   Understand the nutritional roots of behavior issues.  Fully appreciate the concept of "we are what we eat," by learning to make simple changes to your dog's diet that may promote and sustain behavioral changes.  Includes a special guest visit by a reformed canine delinquent!

Mindful Dog Teaching: Reflections on the Relationships We Share with Our Dogs by Claudeen E. Mc Auliffe, M.Ed.

Mindful Dog Teaching is not a book about training; it's about the relationship that needs to be created in order to establish a foundation for effective training. Based on the concept of eros - engagement, relationship, order, stability - Mc Auliffe presents a framework for interacting with our dogs that facilitates our mutual teaching and learning. Through examples and practice exercises, she helps dog owners go beyond simple obedience to develop a deeper connection with their canine companions.
