|
"Create
a song within your heart that will light up the world."
"Sing your intentions and discover your Truths."
"Allow yourself to be led by what feels right to you."
"Venture and discover life's precious gifts." "Honor
and understand who you truly are inside."
The
messages continue to flow from Spirit, the animals, and nature,
when you live in connection. There is no stopping them…they
just come. It is amazing the words of wisdom and insight that
are there for us…if we simply listen. We are often swept away
by computers, TVs, cell phones, and other wonderous toys of technology.
They are certainly there to aid us and assist us. But
at the core of the whole thing, do we remember who we are inside?
Do we take the time to listen?
Many
people have been learning more and more to trust their inner guidance.
It is a wonderful journey, and you discover along the way
to simply let go. Patterns are always changing and shifting,
knocking one loose from how you think things should be or develop.
The song of life is going pleasantly along, and then….CRASH,
a jumbled tumble of notes breaks into your life, like two cats running
across a piano keyboard.
Living
in harmony can mean being grateful for the lessons that life brings.
It can be an understanding that we are each here to share
and learn.
Shifting
our perspective of what we see, and allowing what we see to shift,
can be very revealing and healing. Allowing balance and harmonization
to come about rather than attempting to "fix the song"
takes patience. It is something that happens continually throughout
the day, sometimes very consciously, and other times more intuitively.
By taking a deep breath and listening for, or feeling, this
inner guidance, one can open possibilities of resolution that you
never would have considered otherwise. If we chose to "plug
in", this connection is there for each one of us.
Go
with the flow, and honor the part that you play in the symphony
of Humanity and all creatures on this Earth..
Blessings
on your Journey,
Carol

Kid's
Treasure Chest ...
Discovery through Innocence |

The
Transformative Power
of Jungle Gym!
Kids
can have a way of igniting us. To live with their passion,
their non-judgement, their innocence…what a true gift. Why
not invite yourself into their world? Open yourself to the
possibilities.
As
a mom, I have a child who is passionate about many things. One of
these is jungle gym. Actually, in her words, it's "JUNGLE
GYM!!!!". The eyes light up, and the magic of what this
brings to her heart and soul bursts through with resound.
I
have learned so many things by playing in her world, her time, her
space. Crawling on the ground again, venturing through tunnels
of discovery, and even sliding head first. The memory of childhood
returns for me as we let go and surrender to the forces of nature
while swinging and singing together.
This
experience has also led me further into the joy of spontaneous action.
If you start to notice, you might find that the number of
jungle gyms in suburban areas is astounding. Each one is a
bit different. The effect of stopping the car occasionally,
getting out, and exploring a new jungle gym can be revitalizing.
I realized this one time when I shouted to my daughter "Wow!
They have one of these, too!!" when finding a special feature
on one of our stops. In addition, the wonderful parents and
children we've met along the way makes the world feel a little friendlier.
Exploration
and adventure can come in many forms. Maybe we'll see you
there!

Moment in Connection with the Universe

June

Summer
Solstice
Summer
Solstice, sometimes known as Midsummer, Litha, or St. John's Day,
is a celebration of the longest day of the year. Solstice is from
the Latin for "sun stands still". For several days
before and after Solstice, the sun appears to stand still in the
sky (it's noontime elevation does not seem to change from day to
day).
It
is a day that the Earth's North Pole is tilted closest to the Sun.
The Sun is directly over the Tropic of Cancer. Cancer
symbolizes the moving waters of our inner life, our moods &
cycles, our instincts and intuition.
Solstice
has been a grand tribal gathering since ancient times. Numerous
monuments and temples throughout history have been orientated to
the sun's passage at Summer Solstice. The ancients knew that
life came from the Sun, it was life giving and life supporting.
Now is a time when nature's lavishness is in full bloom.
The
first (or only) full moon in June is called the Honey Moon (considered
the time to harvest honey from the hives).
Solstice
is a time of light and fire. A time to reflect upon the growth of
the season: the seeds planted in the earth, and the seeds planted
in our souls. It is a time of cleansing and renewal.
It is a time of love and growth, and establishing intentions for
the journey ahead.
We
are moving in to a time of Divine Love and Respect, and a time to
trust your intuition.
